Repair Service For Lightspeed
Headset Services Limited is the UK authorised warranty and non-warrranty repair centre for Lightspeed and their array of Active Noise Reduction headsets. We have highly qualified workshop technicians purely dedicated to supporting Lightspeed's headsets and with spare parts held on site at HSL, the repairs are carried out within a much shorter timespan.

Before sending us your Lightspeed headset, you will need to contact the offices of Lightspeed in the USA, which can be done through the official Lightspeed website.

How long is the length of your headset warranty?
Most Lightspeed Aviation products come with a 5-year warranty. The Zulu 3 comes with a 7-year warranty.
How do you know if your headset is in warranty?
By registering your serial number to your Lightspeed Aviation account, you can visibly see your headset warranty start date.
When does your warranty start?
Your warranty coverage starts from the date of purchase. If you don’t have the receipt and are not sure how long you have had the headset, you can find that out in Your Account after registering your serial number or contact customer service at email@example.com.
Where to Send your Repairs
Once Lightspeed has registered your repair, you are then granted permission to send us your headset. Our offices on Lancing Business Park are open Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) to Friday from 9am until 5pm. The address is Unit 8, 73 Marlborough Road (opposite Paula Rosa offices) on the Lancing Business Park in Lancing, West Sussex, BN15 8AD. If you are planning to visit our facility, it is always advisable to call the day before to book a time slot.
