approved workshop where repairs,
servicing and modifications
are carried out on site.

is covered in the warranty? The
warranty
covers parts failure and
failures due to workmanship – it
does not cover accidental
damage or abuse or wear
and tear.

quickly can I get my Sennheiser
Headset fixed? Our
standard turnaround time
for Sennheiser headsets
is 5-10 working days (subject
to availability of parts).
For an extra charge we
also offer an express service
of 1-2 working days (again,
subject to availability
