ear shell under the earpad – the
format is a 4 figure number equating
to the month and year eg 1108
is November 2008.

long does the DC warranty
last for? David
Clark headsets have a 5
year warranty.
Can
I buy DC spare parts? We
hold a large number of
David Clark spare parts
in stock, and anything
we don’t have we
will be happy to order
for you.
What
is covered in the warranty? The
5 year warranty covers
parts failure and failures
due to workmanship – it
does not cover accidental
damage or abuse or wear
and tear.
How
quickly can I get my DC
Headset fixed? Our
standard turnaround time
for David Clark headsets
is 5-10 working days (subject
to availability of parts).
For an extra charge we
also offer an express service
of 1-2 working days (again,
subject to availability
of parts).

do I send my DC Headset
into your repair centre? Send

include a covering letter
with your full address
