Our adaptors are made from premium materials and constructed by skilled technicians, and as a result the adaptors lifespan is estimated to be longer.

Extension Lead

Headset Services Limited is able to manufacturer all types of extension leads. We are the original designer and manufacturer of the HSMP-1 Ground Crew extension cable – sometimes copied - but the HSL original is still unrivalled in quality and reliability
due to our correct design and build.
The lead is 3 meters when coiled, and stretches to 12 meters. It has a U94A/U - PTT socket and NP3C plug. The Hi Viz yellow colour
promotes visibility and safety.

Lead and Cable Assembly

One of our most recent projects was to produce a number of PC monitor cables to a customer specification. Working from the customer’s drawings, our experienced Purchasing team was able to source all the components from several different suppliers. From there our skilled Workshop technicians constructed the test lead as per the drawing, finally carrying out a rigorous 100% test to ensure that the part worked perfectly first time.
In addition, our sophisticated computerised stock system meant that we could provide complete traceability of every single component throughout the process.
