The company boasts specialists in all types of communication headsets and pilot helmets with many years of experience in the business; we have repaired or rebuilt virtually every type of headset and helmet in use. The company distributes headsets and spares for Bose, David Clark, Peltor, Sennheiser, Plantronics, Racal, Clement Clarke and Eagle, and can supply Telex, Ceotronics and many others at competitive prices. We also specialize in protective flying helmets, being the exclusive UK Distributor and repair centre for Helmet Integrated System's ALPHA helmet. Also popular are our range of top quality custom moulded ear protectors as well as versions with earphones embedded in them to enable communications use. HSL provides valuable a service to airlines, providing and maintaining headsets and other equipment for customers including British Airways, Air Canada, FlyBe, Thomas Cook, Easyjet, Airtours, CityFlyer, Monarch, EuroDirect and Virgin Atlantic Airways. We also supply ground support companies such as Aviance, Servisair, British Midland, Gatwick Handling, to name just a few. We back this up with a complete after sales support service, so that customer can get the most out of the equipment they have purchased. Building on this success we have drawn on our experience and industry knowledge to further expand our range and can now offer headsets for all applications - Waterproof SAR, general communications, police, covert and security, shooting and Motorsport - in fact we can supply a range of suitable headsets for any requirement. We also modify, repair, refurbish, upgrade and build headsets, converter / extension leads and helmets with our unique rapid repair service. Headset Services also supplies, maintains and upgrades protective aviation helmets to the UK's Search and Rescue services and Police Air Support Units, and is recommended to them by the UK Home Office.

We have continued to diversify into other areas of business. We are the distributor for the Polycon Communication System, a waterproof intercom radio that offers reliable communications between the winchman and the rest of the helicopter Search and Rescue (SAR) crew. This system, combined with our waterproof helmet looms and headsets provides a completely waterproof communications solution in the harshest of environments.
